Expert means someone who is properly trained in psychiatry, psychology,
or social work. Such people have an M.D., Ph.D., or masters degree
as a minimum, and often many additional years of education in their
specialty. Such experts are never afraid to tell you where they trained,
and what the nature of their education was.
